Custom Sizes

All the Silicone cases that your custom was made by compression molding, LSR molding or multi-color dripping molding. And all of them are Food Grade Silicone, BPA-free, Eco-friendly, and Heat-resistant. The custom Silicone cases’ height can be designed from 10cm to 50 cm (4″ to 20″). The thickness of the case that we can make is from 0.03 to 0.05 cm

Custom Shape

You can custom the Silicone case structure, shape, size, texture, embossed and debossed logo by developing the new silicone tooling. The Silicone case shape can be round, oval, square, rectangle, Heart, circle, Triangle, Pentagon, Hexagon, Heptagon, Star, Octagon, Sun allotype etc according to the case what you would like to make. Manufacturing Processes

We use advanced molding technologies to meet your specific product requirements.

Compression molding: Mixed silicone rubber is placed in a preheated mold and pressed and cured under high temperature and pressure. It is suitable for round, square, with textures silicone mats to fit your special needs dimensions.

Calendering: The mixed silicone rubber is rolled into thin sheets using a calender, and then cut into the desired shape. Suitable for producing flat, large-area Silicone Cases.

LSR Molding: LSR is injected into a mold using an injection molding machine. This method is highly automated and suitable for silicone pads with precise and complex structures with high volum request.

Drop Molding: Primarily used for small-sized decorative Silicone Cases with multiple colors. Liquid silicone is dripped into a mold and then heated to solidify. Then put solid silicone, curing again to be the colorful Silicone Cases.

Custom color

You can customize the Silicone case color according to the Pantone book. Our usual colors are White, Red, Green, and Gray.

Custom logo & Pattern

We can customize different types of logos or patterns on the silicone cases, including the following styles with the printing ways:

Laser Engraving

Laser engraving uses a focused ultraviolet or fiber laser beam to irradiate the surface of silicone, causing localized physical or chemical changes in the material to form a permanent mark. Because laser processing is non-contact, it does not cause mechanical deformation to the soft silicone, maintaining feel of the silicone cases.

Silk Screen printing

Screen printing utilizes the characteristic of screen-printing plates, where ink passes through the mesh openings in the image areas and blocks ink in the non-image areas. Pressure is applied using a squeegee to transfer silicone ink through the mesh openings to the surface of the silicone cases. After printing, heat curing is required to ensure a strong bond between the ink and the silicone substrate. Can only print simple patterns and solid colors. This print is secure printing. They are not easy to fade as time flies.

The printed jig plates are around 100USD/color.

Heat Transfer printing and Water Transfer printing

Heat transfer printing on silicone cases is a process that uses heat and pressure to precisely transfer a pattern pre-printed on a transfer film onto the surface of silicone. This process has advantages such as clear patterns, rich colors, high temperature resistance, and strong adhesion, making it particularly suitable for silicone cases where high durability and aesthetics of the markings are required. This kind of printing can print very complex patterns and fading colors. You can get any pattern you like. The thermal transfer film cost is needed.

The cost is around 299-799 USD according to the size and the pattern.

We help you in the entire process of silicone case design, tooling design, mold manufacturing, silicone cases and other products production and delivering as your requirements. Here’s what the path to customized silicone cases for our customers:

The needs and budget that your company has allocated for an order determines what type of silicone cases you can purchase and what personalization each one will receive. When that budget is finalized, this is the time to contact Z.S.R Group. We can help navigate you in the right direction to make a perfect silicone cases.

Just provide us a CAD file with proper specifications of your Silicone cases project and we would take care of the rest. If you don’t have a CAD file, we can make the design from a hand-sketch or drawing, picture, samples and can make the Silicone case prototype mold based on that.

If you are developing a new silicone cases and not sure about the outcome, we can always develop a prototype so that you can check the fitment, functionality, and aesthetics before investing in the mass production tooling. Once you are satisfied with the prototype, you can proceed for the silicone cases mold development. This covers your risk and helps you test your market with low investment. Moreover, it is always easier to do design changes at prototype stage than doing the changes after the mass production tooling is done.

After you are satisfied with the silicone Mats samples. We will make the silicone Mats mass production tooling according to the communication of the samples in our in-house tooling workshop.

If you want to test the market first, you can start with a small order with Low ‘Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)’ of 3000 pcs and later can proceed with as much quantity production as you want. We also make Cheap Silicone Mats Molds (AL Material) as per your project requirements.

Once you confirm the silicone Mats products that we made for you, the next step is for our customers to approve the golden samples or send over any changes that may be needed. Once the silicone Mats samples are approved, we start processing your silicone Mats and producing the merchandise.

All of the Silicone Mats what we made were trimmed and QC in our dust-free workshop. We do 100% QC before the silicone Mats are in the carton.
