At the beginning of Oct 2020. We get the requirements of the silicone cover (shell) project from the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. The total quantity is 0.5 million in 3 months. The sample lead-time is one week.
The previous four factories do not have the capability to produce the silicone cover of Bing Dwen Dwen: Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Mascot. Z.S.R group is the fifth silicone factory of the Olympic Committee looking for.

After the hard research and communication with our team, we try to use the co-injection molding process to make the colorful halo and glue the halo on the face of Bing Dwen Dwen.

The lead-time for the samples
According to the experience of our company, the lead-time for these silicone cover samples should be at least 20 days. We start up our rapid response system to make the silicone tooling. And we finally finished the silicone shell sample tooling in 7days, and make the silicone shell(ice)in Oct14th.
